Mr. Huf practices Commercial, Corporate, Banking (Conventional and Shari'ah) and Energy Law with an emphasis on international transactions and foreign direct investments in Middle Eastern markets, particularly the Gulf Cooperation Council member states of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Kuwait.


Mr. Huf also focuses on domestic energy/ Natural Gas-related matters in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and follows education reform and charter school development in the State of New Jersey.  On occassion, Mr. Huf agrees to represent individual clients with Trust & Estate issues, as well as artists, authors, entertainers and athletes contemplating entering into contractual agreements.


Prior to founding JHI, Mr. Huf worked for law firms in Philadelphia, Pa., Abu Dhabi, UAE, and Jeddah, KSA.  In addition to assisting with the initial development of "big league" Shari'ah-compliant lending and investment products offered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Mr. Huf has helped a wide range of clients including Oil & Gas, Industrial Contruction, Education, Interactive Entertainment, FMCG Distribution, Franchising and Real Estate companies with a variety of corporate, licensing, regulatory and contractual matters in Middle Eastern jurisdictions, principally in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.


Outside his career as a lawyer, Mr. Huf has held positions in local, state and federal government, including his service as Fire Commissioner in his hometown of Mount Holly, NJ from 1997-98.  He has lectured on the Politics of Terrorism as an Adjunct Professor at Penn State University's Abington College and his other interests include Philadelphia Phillies baseball, classic films, live theater and continuing work on his trilogy of novels based on his experiences in the Middle East.

Prior to founding his own firm, Mr. Khazindar practiced at the very same law firm where Mr. Huf started his career in Jeddah, KSA.  Mr. Khazindar's experience as an attorney includes, but is not limited to, Commercial & Corporate Law, Labor & Employment matters and Dispute Resolution in Saudi Arabia.  Mr. Khazindar regularly advises Saudi and international clients on Saudi Law pertaining to the formation of limited liability companies, branch offices and other corporate structures; issues concerning distributorships; complex commercial claims; labor disputes; the negotiation and drafting of contracts for various types of businesses; and, collections.
